Poker in The Park Launching Tomorrow

poker in The Park 2010 is set to launch tomorrow.  The festival is the biggest and most popular poker festival in Europe.  Poker in the Park is now in its fourth year.  Last year, the festival attracted 20,000 people over the two day period.

The event is part of the month-long London Poker Festival.  It will start at Leicester Square at 4pm, and the festivities will be opened by Liv Boeree – a pro poker player and model.

Five time World Heavyweight Champion Evander Holyfield will be in attendance, representing the Real Deal Poker Team.

There will be a series of poker tournaments held at the Bodog Poker Dome and the Red Hot Poker Plex.  In addion, there will be lectures and presentations by personalities in the poker world, including Dave Ulliot, John Tabatabi, Nik Wealthall, Neil Channing, and Nik Persaud.  Ulliot will be launching his new book at the festival, and there will be signing opportunities.

Other Marquees will be running events such as Auctions, and the Victory Poker Wet n Wild Dunk poker event.
