We all play 'em at some time
What's the best you've finished and what was it worth
I've played more than a few - mostly other forums. Biggest win was $100 out of a field of 400 odd

i won 10 bucks out of 2000 people last week for first. 8 bucks week before for 2nd. not about the money it's just fun.
All about patience and knowing when to have a crack. if u wait about 20-30mins in a free roll most of the all in players are gone and u can play your natural game then. Freerolls are nothing like real money games though in terms of peoples play styles.
by the way it took 5 hours 37 mins to win that freeroll.

LOl @ awesome
That used to be my tactic at the pokerroom freerolls
I would sit out for the first 45minutes. From a starting field of 2400 there was usually only about 500 left by the time I started playing

i play at noble poker heaps, any money i win i play on there site, best ive done is 2nd out of 500 won $30 turned that into $200 till i got savaged by every bad beat imaginable, i seem to make the final table regulary but bomb out at 6 th or 7th or so, like playing sitngos with 6 or 10 players, cheers bazza

Sng's are real good money earners
I often play short-handed
Play them super aggressive as opposed to super loose and its not too difficult to make the money 75% of the time.
You will still cop the odd bad beat but in general I find them a failry good way to improve your bankroll wihout risking a lot.
The trick is to accumulate chips early and then tighten up until the bubble and then play very aggressively. There's nothing worse than a really tight game that just swaps chips around until the blinds reach critical mass and it then becomes a lottery because the blinds are so big compared to the average stack.

I won $600 in a freeroll at imperial poker about 8 months ago. Oz if you know Mozart from the freeroll army we went heads up at the final table in that tourney. It was a special $5000 freeroll that you had to qualify through a satellite. The best part was they have no cashout restrictions on freeroll winnings so it was all profit lol.

The most I won was $500 in Fabolus Poker Freeroll, though you were able to add-on and rebuy for a couple of buys which would build the pot. There was about 400 people in it and I won so I took down $500 for it.
I qualifed for the $100 Million (though only $500,000 pot with jackpot up to $100 Million) freeroll at Titan so I'm looking forward to making the final table hitting my royal flush and taking home $100 Mil.

I won $900 at a forum freeroll last year and the most I won in a public one was $500. Who says that chasing doesn't pay off. I bought a lot of donkey food with that money. EEEE AWW.

I'm still learning how to play, but I've won 3 public freerolls, for $10-20 each (with fields of about 400), and a couple of aces' private games for $25 or so each. I hope eventually I'll win a big tourney.
