In general terms no. In most cases you will need to download the site from us or use one of our codes to entitle you to rakeback through us.
If you have a certain style of site or network in mind to play at but already have an account then it is easiest for you to still play on that network but download a "skin" of that site for your new rakeback account.
A "skin" is part of a bigger network, for example you could be playing Titan, Noble or Poker Ocean but you are actually playing in the same rooms within the iPoker network against the same players.
